constitutional budget reserve fund (Article IX, Section 17(c),                                                                  
Constitution of the State of Alaska) be adopted.                                                                                
                                                                                                                                
The question being:  "Shall the House adopt the appropriations from                                                             
the constitutional budget reserve fund?"  The roll was taken with the

The bill was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment.
